Procter & Gamble is hiring for Legal Counsel position for India

Job description: To assist in planning, conducting legal research, and providing legal advice. And you will also be responsible for the preparation of legal documents, compliance with contract terms, and be involved in handling relevant legal issues, corporate projects and lawsuits.

Specific Skill/experience – Legal experience with a law firm or in-house legal department, preferably with expertise in commercial and/or corporate law.

Qualifications
Education Qualification Degree – LL.B and Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS).
Years of Experience (range) – 7 to10 years – Post qualification Experience, and strong company secretary experience
