Aam Aadmi Party government in Delhi will pass the Jan Lokpal Bill in the state assembly on November 18.
“While all other parties are busy in communal politics, AAP government is working hard in Delhi and as promised it would pass the Jan Lokpal Bill on November 18,” said party’s national spokesperson and Delhi MLA Alka Lamba while addressing a programme “Paigam Youth Ko” dedicated to former president APJ Abdul Kalam here on Wednesday. Lamba asked youth to shun communal parties and raise issues like food, shelter, employment and infrastructure.
She also express anguish over increase in communal violence and crime against women, besides collapse of law and order in UP. “If given a chance we will show to the people of UP what we have done in Delhi,” she said.
